Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Miwa packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund
